Promotion program
IMMEX Program (Programa IMMEX)
Comprehensive advisory for Manufacturing, Maquiladora and Export Services Industries (IMMEX): program registration, operation under the temporary regime and compliance with all derived obligations.
What it is
Manufacturing and export maquila
The IMMEX Program allows temporary import —without paying the general import tax, VAT and, where applicable, countervailing duties— of the goods needed to produce, transform or repair merchandise destined for export, or to provide export services. In exchange, the company assumes control, reporting and return obligations that must be met rigorously.
